Introducing Josh's new book: Work Will Kill Us All

I published my last book fourteen years ago. Not because I stopped thinking or writing, but because some work can’t be rushed. It has to be lived with. Broken apart. Rebuilt. Earned.

After 15+ years inside organizations, Work Will Kill Us All will be my clearest, most honest assessment of how “work” sits at the center of our biggest problems — and how we can redesign it so ALL of us actually win.

I’m not taking this to a big New York publisher. I’m choosing a different path: patronage.

I’m inviting a small group of people to stand with this book while it’s still becoming — not as customers, but as supporters, builders, and stewards of the work itself.

If this sounds like something you might want to be part of, please explore the Patron Groups below.

And if you’re just curious?

Leave your email here. You’re not committing to anything — I’ll simply send you more info, and as a thank-you, give you early access to Chapter One as it exists right now!

Either way, thank you for being part of my tribe. I appreciate you tremendously.

I respect your privacy. Unsubscribe anytime.
